Our scope of work included:
- Providing building automation system (Alerton DDC) design and installation to control HVAC and lighting systems, providing premium performance for functionality and energy efficiency.
- Controlled systems include:
- Water cooled chiller plant, consisting of:
- two 500-ton chillers
- two cooling towers
- seven pumps
- 10 chilled water air handling units
- Four energy recovery ventilators
- 210 variable air volume boxes
- Boiler system
- Laboratory pressurization
- Generator
- Interior and exterior lighting
- Medical gas
