Our team provided Alerton direct digital controls for the new Dr. Kiran C. Patel College of Osteopathic Medicine building.  

Our scope of work included:

• Providing building automation system (Alerton DDC) design and installation to control HVAC and lighting systems, providing premium performance for functionality and energy efficiency.
• Controlled systems include:
  • Water cooled chiller plant, consisting of: 
    • two 500-ton chillers
    • two cooling towers
    • seven pumps
  • 10 chilled water air handling units
  • Four energy recovery ventilators
