Our scope of work included:

• Adding the building’s following systems and equipment to the existing campus-wide Alerton controls system:
  • Chilled water pumping station
  • Dedicated outside air handling unit with heat recovery
  • Variable air volume (VAV) air handling units
  • 25 VAV boxes
  • 27 fan coil units
  • Building pressurization system
  • Energy submetering
