Energy Reporting and Monitoring Service (ERMS)
Our Mid-Atlantic team developed ERMS to monitor and report on monthly equipment operation and energy consumption. In one instance, we developed a contract that projected $65,000 a year in savings for a portfolio of eight buildings and were able to deliver actual savings of $200,000 after optimizations.
Building Assessment and Monitoring Service (BAMS)
Through BAMS, our energy and controls division has self-performed and executed over 100 energy audits, completed 150 Energy Star benchmarking studies, and identified over $10 million in proposed energy conservation measures (ECMs). We’ve implemented more than $4 million worth of ECMs, with paybacks averaging three years.
